 Check the currently installed version of CodeMeter. FASTSUITE R2022 requires Codemeter version 7.40 or higher, while R2023.2 requires Codemeter version 7.60 or higher. For a server / client installation both the server and the client need to have the required version installed.
Verify that the license container is active.
Verify that the licenses are not out of date.
On the server side, verify that the server is up and running. And that the clients have the permission to access the server.
On the client side, verify that the server is reachable.
Verify that in the FASTSUITE application the license, i.e. product or configuration has been granted.
FASTSUITE might require a higher version of CodeMeter. Check which version your currently installed FASTSUITE application requires.
