Open the Simulation monitor and lock the window. Then play the program. The Simulation monitor window will display the values of the individual robot axis and welding gun center point (TCP). This may help to identify potential issues related to the axis limits.

While the simulation is performed the Simulation slider ball becomes available. Drag it to navigate through the program. When the Reset button is pressed the simulation data is lost and the slider is no longer available.

Press the button Turn on path trace and play the simulation. The motion of the TCP will be traced and displayed in reference to the active base frame. Clicking on Reset will delete the trace.

Open the Active program dashboard. Right click in one of the operation groups and select Play partial simulation. The simulation will be executed only for the welding path of the selected group or operation.

In the 3D space, do a right click on one of the welding path elements and select Play partial simulation. Then click on a second path element. The simulation will play only the range in between both elements.

When you select the same welding path element again, after starting the partial simulation, the simulation will run from the element until the end of he program.

In the Simulation bar, drag the Partial simulation button up and drop when the Simulation play button is visible. This will return to a full simulation play.

Press the Set simulation step size button and change the value of the step size. Play the simulation. The bigger the step size the faster the simulation runs.
