Customize Language Files for PlugIn

A desired Language File (report.[en,de,fr,cn,jp].lng) for modifying Translation and/or Setting can be placed into the PlugIn

As a type of Workaround this Language File can also be used to output the Report in a Language this is not implemented in E2
