Purpose
After setting up the workcell, the laser cut programs can be generated, optimized and simulated.
A cutting contour will be programmed and be modified.
Then in this particular training session, the clamps will be triggered to open when the laser head moves in their direction.
Continue with the workcell setup from the previous paragraph.

Cutting operation
1.1
Start the Generate process geometry command. Pick the outer contour on the workpiece and program the cutting operation.
1.2
Run a partial simulation around a clamp to see where the laser head collides with the clamp and with the workpiece possibly.
1.3
Modify the path locally to run collision free with the workpiece.
2
Open the clamp
2.1
Define an event to open the clamp. Simulate the result.
2.2
Complete the action with an event that closes the clamp again. Then simulate the result.
