OLP download and upload customization

A translator is a post processor which translates a standard OLP (Offline programming) infrastructure into robot/machine code and vice verse. The software comes with a set of vendor specific translators for download and upload of manufacturing programs. These pre-defined translators still can be customized or enhanced to personal needs.
